Limited Availability: Packages are available on a first-come (paid), first-served basis, and availability is limited.
• Payment: Full payment is due upon booking to secure your reservation.
• Travel Arrangements: Participants are
responsible for arranging their own air tickets, transportation to Sardinia, and travel insurance.

• Cancellation Policy:
• Packages are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned without the explicit, written approval of the organiser.
• Cancellations made before June 1st , 2026, will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the package value.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 1st, 2026, under any circumstances.
• Itinerary Changes: While every effort will be made to adhere to the advertised itinerary, it is subject to change. Factors such as weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments.
Alternative activities will be provided in the event of itinerary changes due to force majeure, but participants are not entitled to monetary refunds.
• Force Majeure Clause: The organiser will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes or government restrictions.
• Package Price: The package price remains unchanged in the event of partial utilization of included items.
Responsibility for Personal Belongings:
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, and the organiser is not liable for any loss or damage to their property.
• Photography and Video Release:
Participants consent to the use of any
photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
• Liability Waiver: Participants understand and accept the inherent risks associated with the activities and agree to hold the organiser harmless for any injuries or damages incurred during the tour.
• Claims: Participants agree to indemnify and hold the organiser harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes, the Unique Dance organiser reserves the right to make final decisions.
• Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By completing the purchase of any of the
packages, participants acknowledge and
agree that they are bound by all the terms and conditions outlined herein. This acceptance is automatic and requires no additional signatures or explicit agreement.
• Travel Documentation: Participants are
responsible for ensuring they have all
necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) and comply with entry requirements for tour destinations.
• Travel Insurance Recommendation:
Participants are strongly advised to obtain
comprehensive travel insurance covering
medical expenses, trip cancellation, and
personal liability.
